Well, the ones I particularly like seem to be harder to find. The ones I have are this green CE2 package made in china. I just get the impression it's getting phased out but maybe not afterall.

1) zoiDman for President.
2) If the wick fluff doesn't do it.... maybe try cleaning them with hot water rather than dry burns and see if it frees up some room for the wick to do it's job properly. Probably not the flooding issue, but it may help "fluff/losen" inside too. Just a thought.
