Yesterday, I was at the bookstore, and at the register they had several versions of small lights, advertised as reading lights, and I picked one up.

This thing helps quite a bit when I'm refilling or working with the various parts/pieces. I'm old, my eyes aren't what they once were, so I use reading glasses, and the extra light helps a lot.

It's got a clip that will grab the edge of the desk. I can stick it off to the side when not in use, put it right in front of me when I'm using it. It's not a ton of light, but it has a flexible arm that lets me put that light exactly where I need it.

The one I got at Half Price Books was $4.00, I think, with batteries (and an extra set of batteries.)

This link is to a similar light, $7.99 with free shipping. It's not the same one, and you can probably find a better deal locally, but if you're having trouble picturing what I'm talking about, maybe it will help.

I used to laugh at people that had to use Lights or Magnifier Glasses to do fine work with their hands. Now they laugh at me.

This is the best thing I have bought in the last year.
