Pen-style clip for PVs/eGo??

Has anybody run across (or come up with an idea for) a pen-style clip for PVs, specifically the eGo?

I'd like some way to keep my eGo safe (...ego safe...*lol*...nevermind) and handy. Back pocket is not a great idea, and I rarely have a front shirt pocket - which isn't any better anyway because the PVs tend to slide out easily when you bend over. I did get a lanyard for when I'm on the bike, but it's not something I want to wear all the time, especially for things like working outside, yada yada.

A clip to attach it to your neckline (or for guys, the front shirt pocket) would be a REALLY handy thing.

Another thing I'd like to see is a cap (like the LEO has) to put over the mouthpiece, but I guess that's another thread....

I use a clip from a tire pressure tester. They are close to the same diameter. I had to squeeze mine a little to get it to fit. It also helps hold a loose fitting cart. in place.

I just put up a post on this forum my my case that I got, that clips on my jeans
and holds everything great for me.
It works great when I am outside.
