Clone lovers, has any authentic mod ever urged you to go authentic?

This is going to get rough very soon, but I like the authentic mods better. Is there a difference? Only to the owner, buy what keeps you happy and away from smoking. We will all have opinions, but all comes down to personal choice.

We do and I'm not arguing function. It's more subtle than that, isn't it? At least to me it is. I really enjoy my clones, the weight and the look. I also really like my vanilla. Copper in general, once again, at least to me, seems warmer somehow. It's the asthetics of it for me.

Once again just my opinion. In the end Clark F is right, whatever keeps you off analogs.

I look at it like artwork. Most love the paintings so they buy the print or a replica. Others can afford to pay over $5000 up to Millions for the originals. Has anyone ever come in my house and asked if one of my paintings or pictures was an original? HELL NO!! That is why they make chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry, so everyone can choose and be happy. And thank god we live in a place where we are all FREE to make our own decisions and HAVE a choice!!

Happy Independence Day everyone!

I picked up an authentic nemesis after using a ft clone .

I like the authentic for its fit and finish but honestly, the clone is real close. Once I tweaked the clone a bit, it is just as nice as the real one.

Got the authentic cheap. The clone was still half the price.

I guess I can say I do have a real one but... no way would I have ever paid list price for the authentic.

I use the clone a lot. Dont feel worried if it gets dinged up!

...if you didn't pay $300 for a threaded tube, original modders would lower their prices.
If they lowered their prices there wouldn't be a market for clones.
Trust that if one Modder doesn't, someone else will.
Supporting someone who tries to extract as much profit as possible from their customers, doesn't impress me as something I would be interested in doing...

This is one reason I jumped on the Unicorn 26650 from Vapeoverload. The designed their own prototype mod here in the US and are having it manufactured in China. They are completely transparent about their process and update it on their FB page. It is still pricey for what it is...a tube...at $109 but I couldn't resist. I can't wait until they start shipping them!
