Was mostly wondering which one to order, the eciggity one looks good but I'm not sure

I can't tell you which specific one to order as I am not up on which maker is doing the best mephisto clone. There are a few well known clone makers and a slew of no-names. You'll generally see tobeco, hcigar, infinite, acerig, and probably something I'm forgetting. Unfortunately, you can't fully trust that each if it's a tobeco it'll be good or bad, that kind of changes depending on the model. So the acerig cookobug might be great, but tobeco makes the best rallyvapor. This can also change by the revision they are cloning, with the first being rushed out the door and then improving.
So in general, you could google "tobeco vs infinite mephisto" or "tobeco mephisto" and find threads of people discussing their thoughts on a specific clone. Once you know what you're after, you can then contact the vendor asking which it is -- if they don't know, assume it's a no-name that's easily found on ebay.

Like many have said, do your research regarding clones. Not all are created equal. I believe there is more than one version.
Check you tube for reviews. Google search this site as well as others. I have not done any clone research on the Mephisito.

Looks like the tobeco has the best reviews, probably going to go with that.
The 101vapes tobeco mephisto clone for 11.99 just seems to cheap. Everywhere else is 19.99 to 35.00.
