I just had to know that I'm not the only one here (hopefully).. I started vaping a few weeks ago on a 40watt 0.5 subohm setup. I usually hover around 23watts though. The tanks I bought though.. Innokin iSub original 0.5 ohm bottom coil tank .. They leak and when I wanted to go out of the house I would bring a spare tank and close off the airflow because that's where they tended to leak from. Didn't want juicy pockets
Well.. This happened a few times already where I would forget to open the airflow after swapping the tank.. Take a nice hard pull and boom just taste like a burning super hot vapor.
I was drinking both times, not super drunk, but now I NEVER close the airflow it was so bad. I also think maybe I got a small case of vapor tongue since I can't taste my juices now today.. Or last night after I got it. Also I don't think I ever experience dry hit.. Maybe that's what this was..
Anyone else deal with this too? I don't think I seriously burned myself out anything but yeah.. Scared me a little bit. Maybe there should be a safety on some of these tanks to not allow the airflow to be permanently closed.
