Honestly I am not sure they should get extra if they put please and thank you, but should not win the prize if they didn't. I never got rewarded for doing what was right. But you can bet my red buns I got punished for not doing it. 
It is a shame that someone would need to be bribed to use common courtesy. When I was a child (many, many moons ago) it was drilled into us to be courteous to everyone!!

Yup, think of all the key strokes one makes to get the selections in and they can't take the time to do just two more: TY ?????
I do understand learning curve though too. I think it took me a post or two to manage to get everything on there and in the right order. I was a bit of a mess, and I have no clue if I said thank you. I didn't know if ya'll were gonna yell at me with the angry gif and kick me out. I was so focused on getting the numbers in order and the round number on top...
We woke up to about 1/2" of snow this morning. Was going to go to town this afternoon but 25 miles north of us (where I have to go to shop) they got about 2". Not much for some folks but I don't play Russian roulette with bad drivers unless I absolutely have to
