I thought since there are multiple bidders, there would be some type of auction kinda? Like a face off till somebody backs off?

When I was going through it, I got several calls from my realtor asking if I wanted to increase my offer. I never heard what the other parties offer was so it was like a silent auction that you knew you were losing because they kept asking for more. I made 3 higher offers and tapped out when it got too high.

They may be asking the other party to increase theirs if you haven't heard anything yet. I was always given 24 hours to make up my mind. Best of luck regardless!
