I'm dying to try your juices. I ordered on the 13th and you promptly shipped my juices but they have been stuck in Springfield, MA since the 14th with no movement at all. Of'course USPS is no help. Not sure what to do at this point. Maybe I will just have to re-order. Why can't USPS get it together? I'm still waiting to hear back from them about what's going on.

Did any of the bottles leak? I have had a couple bottles that were just about flattened by the post office. juice was literally leaking out of the package. I couldn't believe the mailman actually delivered them.

Actually no. I can't see any juice that came out of the package at all. I am thinking it may have happened when my package got stuck cuz of the "BLIZZARD OF 2014!" that the east coast got. (North Carolina panicked. It was hilarious.) The package smelled more like cupcakes to me but that bottle is full. I probably just sat and smelled the bag for 5 min. lol.

That wasn't the only bottle I have seen smashed lately. At least there was still juice in that bottle. I can't say the same for the second disaster.

Not to jinx myself, but I've been pretty lucky regardin' USPS apparently, I get bubble mailers all the time from various locations and as far no mishaps with juice or flavorings...

I've only had one mishap with USPS and a whole vial of TFA gummy candy broke in package, soaking everything in it, ruining labels, and stinking up everything. It was foul and took days to get the smell out of my house. Wizard Labs was prompt in replacing it and the labels for the bottles that messed up, but to this day I still won't touch gummy candy because the smell brings back memories...

I had a similar experience with Capella Egg Nog flavoring. Salvaged what I could from the rest of the order and promptly tossed that box in the garbage can outside.

I almost felt bad for the spiders in my garage for having to put up with that smell for a week!

My bottle of TA wasn't a mail mishap but one involving my daughters cat, the kitchen counter and tile floor, reeked for days, my better half wasn't too happy

Did you find a good mix percentage? I've tried a couple times and keeps comin' off too spicy or strong....

I've been crazy lucky since the Carrie incident. Not a single leaker since I opened! A few USPS goofs but nothing horrible.

Leaky flavor bottles are the worst. The alcohol melts all the writing on every label I think. Plus the smell is usually awful because it's so concentrated.

I've had one bubble mailer split down the sides and my poor customer was delivered an empty envelope.

Did you find a good mix percentage? I've tried a couple times and keeps comin' off too spicy or strong....

I use Capella's in the 1-3% range depending on the mix. It's definitely pretty strong and requires a good bit of steeping to settle down.

Last mix I did was 5% (been cuttin' back on the percentage) and it's steeping, if this one is still too strong I'll give it one more try in your suggested range, thanks

Got my juice in the mail today. At first thought another package was it and it was torn open but luckily it was something else (and ok). My heart sank at first. Then finally opened the correct one and I see one of the bottles must be the big brother to the others. I would say its 20ml bigger hehe. Can't wait to try them out. I'm going to hold out as long as I can to steep. If I do try one, which should I go for first? The Hot Cannoli I'd guess as the youngest by color only...

They're all really good fresh out of the bottle. A good steep benefits them all as well, particularly the custard, in my opinion.
