I wanted to post a quick review of Cloud 9 vaping... I have been in contact with Lisa and Keith at Cloud 9 vaping several times in the past few months about potential purchases (mostly about limited release items that were out of stock), and they have always been quick to respond, friendly and very helpful. I recently had the pleasure of actually purchasing a few items from Cloud 9, and my experience has been stellar from start to finish.
In-stock notification emails worked for me without a hitch, and Lisa and Keith have always been very communicative on ECF about availability, so anyone who has been interested in an out of stock item knows in advance about when the items will be available, so they don't get left out in the cold. Time to ship was lightning fast, and the notification with tracking number worked without any issue. My package arrived safely and quickly, and the product was in excellent condition.
I did have some special needs and lots of questions, and Cloud 9 was able to meet them without any hassle, and seemed more than happy to help, even if it meant some additional work on their end.
I'm looking forward to doing business with them again.
