This is just a quick thank you and keep up the good work to cloud 9. I order some absinthe and tirimasu flavour concentrates and they are amazing. First I have to point out I've never had real absinthe before so as to it's accuracy I doubt know but the best way I can describe this is like black jacks, and I love black jacks. If that's what absinthe tastes like I am glad I never found it when I drank as I think I would have been permanently sozzled! It is fesh, perfectly sweet and beautifully balanced. I tried the tiriamsu this morning and it almost had me drooling, it is so yum. It is a rich creamy, coffee/chocolate delight. I can't taste much Marsala but when it tastes this good who cares. But even better than the flavours (well almost) was the presentation. They came in a jiffy bag with some informative laminate cards with legal info on for you to carry and whip out at any given time which is a clever touch, and the bottles themselves were wrapped in blue tissue paper, beautifully folded and stuck. It felt very personal and really mad shopping with cloud 9 a really special experience. I have just stocked up on loads of flavours but next time I run short I will definitely be checking these guys out at the top of my list. Many thanks
