I had a little issue that my country wasnt listed in there drop down menu during checkout but that was not all , i contacted Lisa over here and she setup a back order and a new account in minutes (extremely fast reply) after that bam another issue NOT related to the way they process orders and i pm her again ! To my surprise she was more than welcome to help me out and made special arrange with me to complete my order
