Clouds of Vapor support makes me sad. :-(

First I want to say that Clouds of Vapor has awesome products. I purchased a MAP tank, several cartomizers and accessories from them. Their shipping was fast and the supplies came well packaged.

I realize there are many COV fans here, and rightfully so. My issue comes from the service aspect of the company.

In late June I ordered a few things, one of them being a pack of their new G4 cartomizers. When my package arrived, the cartomizers were not in it, though the package was well sealed and undamaged. I figured it was an oversight so I sent an email. Several days later I had no response so I sent another email from another account just in case the first had gotten marked as spam per chance. Several days later after no response I jumped on the website and filled out a support ticket. Now over a week later, the ticket has been closed and still no response.

This isn't so much about an $11.99 box of cartomizers as much as the complete lack of reply. Even if the reply was to say they are pretty certain they included them in the order, I would have eaten the loss with less distaste than I have now.

In closing, I will most likely order from them again because of the quality, value and innovative design of their products, as well as being certain that this was a simple oversight. I just hope I don't need to deal with support again.

Clouds of Vapor came through for me as many folks have told me they would since I posted this. I have always been convinced that it was a simple shipping error. Though I was unable to get any emails through to support, Bruce kindly and quickly took care of the problem right here via a simple PM. COV has a large and well deserved following, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I feel pretty bad about my original posting, though it wasn't negative towards COV, people sometimes only take time to read the first sentence or two, and I hope it doesn't deter anyone from ordering. Hindsight is 20/20 they say.

Many thanks to Clouds of Vapor for following through and taking care of business.
