I pre-ordered gg-ithaka n mouthpiece for drip tips. they shipped it to my shipping company in the US July 10 via USPS. n tracking system said it arrived July 15. But im afraid it didn't arrive. when i emailed them they said it had arrived n even if not arrived they got insured so after 30 days they can make a claim. So recently i emailed n sent tickets couple of times. but i couldn't get any reply. n my shipping company emailed n called them more than 10 times but they didn't answer as well. im so frustrated n worried.
Furthermore since last month im not sure what happened but anyway i could't access Support/Contact section. whenever i try to access it, it leads to 404-component not found page.
I hope it can be solved asap

We did all we could do on our side. Order was shipped to his address and was delivered per the USPS.
Now Nudious should pm me for an immediate refund. I will need your contact info and your order number.
