I ordered two packs of carts from them a while ago... I had kinda forgotten about it until i saw the charge on my credit card bill, and i tought "ah yea thats right i ordered for 35$ of carts there". And I was billed on september 16, so I had made the order probably a few days before, and were in October and still havent got anything. So i went to my gmail, the email account big enough so i dont have to ever delete emails.... And i searched mail for Vapure, no result. I then looked into mails from days around september 16 for some kind of invoice, a shipping confirmation, couldnt find anything, thats weird.
So I went on the vapure website and opened a ticket explaining this and asking them to look into it. Waited a few days, no reply. I came to send another and noticed you could check the status of a previous ticket, but it required a ticket #, did i get that?
Look into my email again, no confirmation of reception for my ticket, maybe i screwed up, so I write another, and this time Im very careful to retreive that ticket #. It says my ticket has been sent, and an email will be sent to me with the ticket # and such.... I never received that email.
So I came here on ECF and tracked down Vapure. I found the owner's account and sent him a PM. No reply there either.
So just now i returned on Vapure website, and noticed there was an order history. So I checked it out and woops there it was. And I find out that my package was sent on September 29, 2 whole weeks after I made my order! No wonder it hasnt made it here yet! Good thing I paid for express shipping!
So Im still waiting on those cartos, if they ever get here. At least now I found out they were shipped, it relieves me kinda. But for the complete absence of customer support, and for their very unprofessionnal way of doing business, I would advise everyone to avoid them. I hear they have a storefront in San Diego, maybe they are more effective there, but online orders dont seem to be handled with much care.
