Hey guys, I've noticed in the past few weeks or so i've been getting a cloudy head feeling for a while immediately after vaping. I was using 50/50 juice and I thought it was the PG so I changed to 90/10 VG and I am still getting it. I am only using 12mg nic but have noticed it on 3MG with a different juice manufacturer. I can't put my finger on it. It kind of feels like being woken up from a deep sleep or having stayed awake for a couple of days straight. I'm not vaping excessive amounts either, maybe only 5 or 6 puffs at a time on a 1.2OHM SSOCC coil Kanger Toptank mod running at 15W

Anyone get this?

Maybe only 5 or 6 puffs at a time but no more than 10 I would say. Vaping has been making me feel terrible a lot of times since last year but it's so hard to stop

The answer you're most likely to get is the nicotine level, but since you said you get the same feeling with 3mg juice I don't think that's it. It could have been from vaping too much in one sitting, but 5-6 puffs is very normal and shouldn't be causing any problems.

Did it get worse when you switched to the higher VG levels? You may actually have a VG sensitivity. Also, does this happen with a wide variety of flavors, or are you very limited on the number of different flavors that you vape? There may be some flavoring that you're reacting to if you tend to vape the same flavors all of the time.

If you get the same reaction from 5-6 puffs of 3mg juice, it happens with a wide range of flavors, and didn't get any better or worse when you switched your PG/VG mix, then I would say it's probably time to ask a doctor. There is something else going on and it may not be caused by the vaping but may be triggered by the vaping.

I've been suffering with a lot of anxiety on and off for the past year so it could be that maybe. When I was using 3MG juice it was with sub-OHM coil and taking big ... lung hits. I vaped pretty heavily for an entire year on my first mod with 12MG 50/50 with no ill effects and ever since the anxiety and panic attacks started last year, a lot of times vaping just hasn't sat well with me and makes me feel weird afterwards. Maybe I should just limit myself to vaping when I drink. I was just curious to see if this happens to anyone else. I must be a special case.

I can't say this strongly enough! If you aren't feeling right seek a professional medical opinion. Do not try self diagnosis or using the Internet for you Doctor. If a Medical Professional says it is from Vaping then experiment but do not experiment with your health. :2c::2c:

Are you personally worried about vaping, or overthinking about it? I understand anxiety as I have it myself, we all do to some extent but I can honestly say vaping does not cause this effect in me.
I can use 6mg on a subohm dual coil and do a 10 or so puffs and be fine, everyone is different though!

Are you sure you have been hydrated? That really is the case with a lot of things, as a people we drink juice, way too much soda, and other things but not much pure good ol' water, I'm guilty of it myself. A good way to know if you're hydrated is by how much you're urinating a day (clear 7+ a day, throughout the day) or by pinching the back of your hand and if your skin has no elasticity.. you're dehydrated.

What about headaches or nausea, do you have either of those symptoms?

My advice would be if while you know you are fully hydrated and still feel these ill effects of vaping, you should go to a doctor for a more educated opinion. I surely hope that you can continue vaping!
