First of all let me say I am a huge fan of altsmoke and its products

I absolutely love My silver bullet
However I put in a ticket almost 2 weeks ago for the repair request on my silver bullet under warranty
And I have still not heard back
I understand you have a new girl doing ticket request
but I must have this fixed because I am so in love with it is might go to pv
what gives
ps you guys rock

Do you have the ticket number available? I dont see any open tickets before the 23rd. But those have just been chatter back and forth between the customer. You can PM me your name and email address and I'll take a gander. Odds are it was responded to, sometimes the emails go in to the void of the interwebs.

Issue was ticket was assigned to another email address/incorrect email address. Which is why you never received a reply. You should be able to log in to your account and be able to see the ticket responses as well as reply from future emails you receive :)
