Coffee & after meals were my trouble areas too.
It took me around the six month mark to make the switch & finally be over the cigarettes in those two situations.
I think I got over the "after eating" cigarette first & the coffee/cigarette combo was my last roadblock.
My husband & I both smoked Kools - we weren't buying any packs for me - I would head to my pc with a cup of
espresso in hand, pass the kitchen table & stop & grab 1-3 cigarettes from his pack.
It was really bugging me that I couldn't get rid of those last couple cigs - so one morning I stood there looking down at
the table and said to myself "'No, I won't take any cigarettes, I'll try my vaperizer & see if I can be happy with that thing."
I did it the next morning and the next & so on - I didn't think it was going to be the end of cigarettes for me - it kinda snuck up on me
and now I don't even know what my "quit" date was. !

But I haven't had a cigarettes since whenever that was.
This went hand in hand with the gear I was using - I really think that played a huge roll in being satisfied - some small, basic
upgrades were going on at the same time.
I started with nic at 24mg and dropped to 18 within 2 weeks as the 24 was to high for me to chain vape. I'm holding steady at 18-19mg
for now & have a 7mg that I use before bed.
Good luck, don't stress about it. I know it will happen for you as it has for so many of us. I was 1-2 pack a day smoker for 30 years
and it worked.
