I suspect it's mental. I think if it was an issue of the nic being too low, I wouldn't be able to old out in between those two. I haven't been able to shake the morning one yet and I still have one at night, but by keeping my ecig right by my dinner plate and hitting it as soon as I finish, I'm able to delay the night one, so that I usually have 12 hours between my two cigarettes. My reasoning is that it's possibly a very very ingrained habit, and if I can change the pattern of it, it may make it easier to just drop that one since it will cease to have its post-dinner purpose. Then I can work on fiddling with the morning one.

Keep your dinner one until you feel 'right' about dropping it - there's no rush, its not a race - jsut go at a pace you feel comfortable with. Some people never quit because that wasn't their intention anyway and some just cut back a few each week.
You can try upping your nic if you really want to nix that one smoke but other wise I wouldn't stress over it - things will take a long as they take :)

That was a difficult time for me. If hadn't been at my daughter's visiting, I probably would have given into the urge.
I was @ daughter's for three weeks and by the time I got back, it never got so bad that I gave in.
Eventually, whether you go my way or take some time to eliminate that after the meal smoke, it will happen and you will enjoy vaping just as much or even more.

And if it doesn't, then you still cut down to 2/3 a day which is great.

Consider me your recycling center for Njoy Pro, Smoking Everywhere Gold, Cloud 9, Smoke 51 Trio, and DSE103 useless batteries.
Other hardware if it’s still usable.
Those I loan out to/give to thank you.

I'm right there with you Simple. I can't shake either one and I'm positive it's all in my head. And I agree with the idea of mixing things up to change the habit. My old routine was to have an analog as soon as I got up and one before bed, plus another 15 or so in between. I've managed to cut out the 15 or so in between, but I still want/need the one in the morning and at night. I'm thinking of getting up, jumping into the shower first thing and then grabbing the eGo with my favorite 24mg of juice. See if changing it up a little helps to ditch the habit for good. :D

for me, it was about finding the closest thing to the real thing...
That's when I smoke Halo's Freedom.

Bad thing is that now I won't get to enjoy it as an all day vape... just break it out for the after dinner... or stress out situations...

Mental I am sure, but whatever helps.

I learned somewhere that it takes 2 weeks to form any habit. I believe the same works for quitting a habit. I just had to force myself to vape instead of that morning cigarette and after meal cigarette. It didn't seem like enough at first, but it easier everyday. Now, I want my pv in the morning and after a meal.

I believe it's just mental. I too craved that old school dirty smoke taste right after a meal. The e-cigs with 555 were almost there for me but not quite. I dont think I was craving the nic because I was getting it from my 24mg juice. I just think it was that familiar analogue taste that was imbedded in my brain.

I never thought I would admit to it but the sweet 12 to 24mg desert juices work for me after a meal. I have no analogue craving after that.

Raths Waffle, NHaler HV blueberry crumble, TV Tasty finger-COUNT ME IN!
