Wondering if there is a readily available calculator that can give me a rough idea based on number of wraps and diameter. I made a 5/4 wrap macro coil on a 5/64 drill bit, I've got a rough estimate what it is but I won't even think to use it unless I can get a idea if it's within my batteries (vtc5) safety range. I only ask because I'm out of town and forgot my newly acquired ohm checker and multimeter - dammit!
Before a war breaks out, I am not planning on using this coil, once again. I'm experimenting with macro coils because I'm bored. Gonna fire it once I can actually test it, but the calculator help immensely for future reference. just curious if such a calculator exists! =)

Nice! I can sub and super sub ohm, I don't have the hang of building a higher resistance coil without it looking like the spring from an old screen door...
