coil help needed

hi I have only built a few coils I have an el diablo Baal it is a very nice flavourful dripper I had two coils on it kanthal wire 28 g 1.6 ohms Total ohm reading I was running it on an Istick 50 at about 20 watts it is nice in fact lovely 3 mg nic in max vg someone and I can not recall who suggested I might want to try a 1 ohm build well I took my coils off I have built one coil it reads 2.3 on ohm reader would it matter if I just use 1 coil instead of two

It is fine to run a single coil, in fact some prefer single coil to dual coil. The top cap/air flow control on the Baal has 3 slots cut in it, position it so the coil is receiving air flow and the air flow slot on the other side of the atomizer is closed off.

ah heck go ahead and try i will find out and I don't think i can do anything really icky on a regulated mod

thank you so very much I was going to go ahead and try but I really appreciate knowing I won't blow anything up I have only been vaping a short while and dripping less I don't think I fully understand the ohms and stuff but my Istick 50 is regulated so .. thank you !

holy mother I did it it is very flavourful even at 12.7 watts and it produces a ton of vapour the ohm says 2.1
