Google "artistic wire coiling gizmo" - not sure if that's like the vaporkings one but it works really well.
Get the one with 5 different cranks, not the one with 2.

There are some wooden ones on E-bay, just search coil jig and Vapor dna has the one you want from Vapor King

Dude, just get the 1:1 clone from fastech! it's the exact same quality for a lot less $$

This is interesting... Any benefit? Like for people with carpal tunnel or something?
It's what I use for micro coils. Mine came with 5 different mandrels, one is too small, three are too big, but one of them is perfect. You definitely want to add a screw and nut(s) to it to capture the wire, then it as easy as turning the crank with some tension on the wire.

When I clicked on my link in the post to make sure it was correct, I noticed something I found humorous. Amazon has that section where they list additional items that people purchased when they bought the main item. What was listed with this? Kanthal wire, cotton balls and wire cutters. Guess vapors buy this more than housewives making jewelry

I like the paint brush handle. Make several with different size mandrels, and hang em up.
This is one I made, although I don't use it much anymore, since getting the wire coiling gizmo.
That is what I always think when I see these jigs. There has to be some benefit I can't see. I spin mine around a syringe tip.

I have an Aerisphere Micropuck and a Qvapes coiler. I give the edge to the Micropuck, because its design allows me to use any size drill bit instead of only the included bits/posts. It gives me a little more flexibility to be able to go outside of the diameters they consider "standard".
It's a little pricey (just shy of $35) but it will probably outlast me.

I ended up buying both the gizmo and Vaporkings jig. I've only used the gizmo so far and it works great! Rudedog, forum member, has also helped me out a lot as well. I can't wait to give the VK jig a try soon
Think I might build a jig just for fun.
No use for one though. I don't have an issue free hand winding on a screw driver.
