Can someone please explain to me if and how the number of coils in your wire effect the resistance. From what I understand the length of the wire (and wire properties) is the only determining factor for the resistance. Someone told me adding coils alone increases the resistance; I don't believe them. So take for example you have two equal wires with equal length, then with one wire you wrap 2 coils around your wick. With the other wire you wrap 4 coils around your wick, remember they are still the same length of wire. Would they have the same resistance, or would changing the number of coils alter ones resistance?
That was the important question.Second question, what makes a single coil cartomizer different than a dual coil cartomizer, other than the obvious.
