Coils leaking back into tank?

Alright, so I've had a problem with the last two coils I've put into one my Nautilus minis.

I've put a new coil in and filled it with juice (New York Cheese Cake), now within half an hour I've noticed that there is a cloudy-ness, leaking from the coil back into the tank. I've also noticed that the tank is already half empty, compared to my other tank which is only down by 1/4, in more than twice the time.

This was also happening with my last coil, but I thought it might have just been a dud coil, but now I'm wondering if it's something else. I've used the same flavour before with no problems, so I don't think it's that.

I'll also note, that this tank has had a tighter draw than my other one, despite being on the same airflow setting. On a different post, people mentioned that it was probably just the coil, it had too much wick and the like. But this is the 2nd new coil since I've had this problem and it's still happening.

Anyone know what the problem could be?

If by "in to the tank" you mean the air flow control, it's the draw of the coil being too tight. My wife's Nautilus had the same problem yesterday. I fixed it by removing the bottom pin of the coil and LIGHTLY pushed a very fine screwdriver through to clear the blockage. It was just gunk but I had no more issues. If the coils came from the same batch, it could be the entire batch is no good. Good luck.

The juice isn't getting into the airflow control, it's leaking from the wick, back into the tank with the rest of the juice.

I'm not quite sure what you mean when you say the bottom pin of the coil? I did clean some gunk out of the last coil, before I even put 2ml through it, but then it stopped working after I rinsed it again. Like I said in the original post, it was a new coil that was only used for half an hour at most, could it really get that gunked up in a short time?

I had to do the same thing WonderDude did. If the airflow is too restricted you'll suck up a lot of juice into the coil. There might be a blockage caused by the juice that's causing it to leak back into the tank. It's just like if you take too many primer draws and it floods the coil. Try clearing out the airflow as WonderDude suggested or you can also take the bottom part of the tank off and use a Q-tip to very lightly place down in the coil and soak up any extra juice that may be in there. Don't push the Q-tip in there very hard!

Another thing would be to soak the bottom part in warm water and if you have a water pick, try to shoot the jet of water through the inside of that bottom bottom part to force any obstruction outward. I always use a vodka/water soak to clean my tanks. Lastly and most important, make sure you give your plenty of coil time to dry. I found out the hard way that even a little moisture left in the coil can ruin it when you try to vape with it.
