The last two brand new coil heads that I've put into my smoke aro 2 tank have had a air bubble problem. I keep having to loosen and tighten the bottom of the tank to let the air bubbles out that are trapped in the coil head. The first two coil heads out of the new 5 pack I bought didn't have this problem, so whats wrong with the last two I've tried?

when I install a new coil, I let it sit for awhile before I start vaping from it. wouldn't that do the same thing as priming it? Also, I've been using the tank mentioned above for quite awhile now and I've never had to prime a coil head. Would taking out the flavor wicks and replacing them with new ones fix the problem?

I've never had an aro 2 tank, but for about 2 1/2 years I used similar Kanger tanks(Evod,T3S, Protank). Almost the whole time I was messing with the wicks. Adding a little wick when I'm getting too much juice flow. Taking out a little wick when I got dry hits.

It sounds like you might not have enough juice flow. If you take out one of the flavor wicks, you'll get better juice flow, and air bubbles will be able to come into the tank easier after you take a vape.

A few months before I switched to Kayfuns, I started rebuilding the Protank coils and wicking them with Japanese cotton. OMG! It was like night and day. I never had to mess with the wicks again. I even rewicked some factory coils with cotton and got pretty good results, and it's easy to do.
