Yep. I've been building for awhile and I still don't like going below .5. Just too risky, imo. Better have A LOT of confidence in your battery.

You say you watched a lot of vids and studied, for that, kudos. But the old school is lost, you would be surprised at the comparable vape you can get once you get away from 9 miles of piano wire coils

I'm not going to win a contest but by coils are instant hot and I'm at .6 ( roughly) and the vapor is plenty warm and thick, best part is I can chainvape like a train and the battery actually lasts more then 30 minutes lol

No offence but it sounds like you may need to do a little more reading for safety reasons before going sub ohm and attempting to do your own builds. Just read up, watch tutorial videos and STAY SAFE!!!

I'm totally with you man I was building stupid low blowing huge clouds for a while and it's just not worth it. Right now I'm running a .7 ohm single coil on the delta 2 rba head and it's such a great vape at 28 watts.

Hell I'm running dual 28ga twisted coils (forget how many wraps. Lol) at .5 ohms in my billow rta. I vape it at higher wattage, but that's because I like the warm vape. It tastes just as good at 30 watts, but it's too cold for me and makes my lungs feel weird. Lol.

It all comes down to personal taste, but I agree. There's no real need for going that low anymore now that we have the regulated mods that we do. Plus, there's way less risk of blowing shrapnel into your face. Lol
