Collecting data for a paper, would you all mind taking a quick 5 question multiple choice survey?

You got it, and I hope it helps with your paper!

This question: " Have you had an easier time maintaining and/or creating relationships with people since you made the switch to electronic cigarettes, whether this be due to the removal of the traditional odor of combustable tobacco cigarettes on you, the removal of your need to constantly step outside to smoke, or some other reason? "

I had trouble answering it. For the most part, nothing has changed. My friends are happy I don't smoke any longer, but there's been no relationship shift. Plus the question seems a bit too leading and too open to interpretation, rather than a factual option-based answer like the other questions.

If you added questions, do you want us to go back? I'm not sure if the program is smart enough to replace our old answer with the new one by our IP address or whatever, and don't want to fudge up your data.

I believe this website blocks you to only one response per question per IP address, so going back (if it will allow it) shouldn't negatively affect the data.

More feedback (after going to answer other questions:
add cold turkey to the "Methods to quit smoking" question (#6), and maybe a follow up question about how long it worked? < mo, mo, 6mo, yr+ etc
maybe a text box for # of years smoked? not sure how close you want this data..
In addition to "have your costs increased" you may want to add a question about "how heavy of a smoker were you" less than Pack a week/PAW/PAD/PAD+

Just some thoughts. HTH
