A little late to notice... This has been in effect since 2006. Moreover, specific cities and towns had already passed no indoor smoking laws in 2003.

I know a guy who was in prison for a while (I'm a counselor, he was a client) when the ban was put into place. He got out of prison, went to a bar, lit a cigarette, and got thrown out!
