I did talked to the postman and called the post office but postman said he wasn't the one working on that day and he will ask the other postman. When I call post office and talked to the supervisor in charge of my neighborhood he said he will look into it. Its less than 20 dollars I am not sure its my problem or vendor's. All i know is I ordered and I didnt get it. Sighhhhhhhhhhhh

Too bad about your misplaced package. It's definitely not a vendor problem unless they used an address different from the one you supplied. They sent it and you got a tracking number. What else can you possibly expect from them. Hopefully the post office finds it for you.
Once I was expecting a couple vape mails. Opened the door when I saw the mailman walking up. He handed me my junk mail and started walking off. I saw two packages in his load and asked if they were mine. Sure enough they were. Who knows where they might have ended up.
Even though most folks put the post office down a lot I am still amazed with the millions of packages going here and there that more stuff doesn't go missing more often. No I'm not an ex postal worker. But Jeez if you were doing anything and you had a 99% success rate, wouldn't you be pleased with yourself?
How did I even get involved in this? Later.

That is extremely frustrating, I know. We used to have a postal lady who blatantly refused to visit our box. Got so bad we now have a little bar code in it so it MUST be scanned everyday.

Best suggestion I can give. Put it I writing to whoever is head of your post office.

Good luck!

Just 'look into it'? Not acceptable. Tell them you want a trace put on the package NOW. If they are no help ask to speak to the Postmaster.

I agree with you that the vendor didn't do anything wrong, the same breath customer didn't do anything wrong either. They sent it and their job is done but I paid for it and I didn't get it either. When I asked the supervisor about the procedure on the problem like this, he answered " do you know how many we process daily? so be patient and we look into it." HUh??? My guess is if I call again on monday, he will probably say " hey we checked everything and we delivered it and our job is done " No one did anything wrong meantime i am still without 2 mini nova that I paid for with my hard earned money. Suck suck sucksssssssssss

I'm not placing any blame and you are right it does suck. Last year I had two packages with prescription meds delivered to me that belonged three blocks away from me. Mailman must have beed dyslexic. Right numbers, wrong order. Anyway I personally delivered them to the right address. Here's hoping someone does the same for you.

I had a simular situation myself not long ago. I live on a "Rual" route, and my carrier was not the sharpest tack in the box.
I called my local PO, and spoke to the POSTMASTER, about delivery problems. After I got a dismal response, I opted to e-mail USPS direct:

USPS - Frequently Asked Questions

I finally got action, and my issues resoved. When you create an account with E-Cig vendors (all on-line ordering for that matter) its up to each individual to key the info correctly, thus making the end consumer responsibly for any ADDRESS erros, NOT delivery errors. Since my "e-receipt" confirmed my delivery address was correct, my complaint went staight to USPS, and in no way directed at my vendor. Post office closings are real, and in one case, I ordered Juice from a vendor that normally arrived in 3 working days, now takes 5-6.

If it weren't for official government mail, such as SS checks and such, the USPS would be alot better being privatized.
