We're open... we're closed... we're back open... no wait... we're closed... ok... we're open now but orders are closed... oh wait... we have too many tickets... oh... we don't have any Boba's Bounty... orders are closed again.

COME ON!!!

Hire a couple more people and keep up with the demand.

I want to be a customer, but I'm affraid to order anything.

Ok, I feel better now...:)

Uhm... they've been open all day the last couple of days. They've never stayed open 24 hours, and probably never will.

Can I order in the evening?

I've just never seen a site that the orders we're closed so much, but then again, I have not been vaping for that long. I do order their juices, but from different vendors because their site usually says that orders are closed by the time I get home from work.

I know it must be frustrating, but in my opinion, find another vendor you like in the interim until AVE gets back up to speed. I would have bought from them, in the past month or so, but I have so many other vendors I like just as well. Why bother with one that I am going to be annoyed with, I'll take my business elsewhere.

I get your frustration but it's not always financially feasible to just hire new people. The volume of orders they are receiving right now is high but that doesn't mean the overall volume over time has increased enough to be able to bring in some temporary workers to process orders more quickly. They've already likely incurred serious expenses from moving. Adding some temp workers to their expenses could kill their profit. They still need to make money.

There are people who are ordering now that would've been ordering in the last few months when they're closed. That's just making up for the income they would've had. It's not necessarily going to result in more income. They haven't necessarily gotten new customers. There existing customers have not necessarily started vaping more of their juice. Plus I don't know if their backlog is due to mixing or processing shipping. I doubt it's feasible to get temps in to mix. They could get them to help box stuff up and get it out. However, I don't know how their insurance works and if there's an issue having temps working around poisonous chemicals.

Personally, I'd rather just get an order in knowing that it's not going to ship for awhile but they do have their reasons for limiting orders. More experienced posters here pointed out to me that other businesses have had fall-out from customers for not shipping promptly even when those customers were warned. We've all just gotten so used to people shipping next day and stalking the mailman. They likely don't have the cycles to process orders quickly AND field a bunch of angry emails from impatient customers.

My all-day-vape is from a guy that is only open the third Sunday of every month for six minutes at a random time between 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM.

The juice tastes exactly like burning tires, so it's worth the wait - and I mean EXACTLY.

I'm pretty sure I've had that juice before.
