Lots of water (5-6 bottles) and a pot of coffee all day.....some gluten free crackers with a handful of vitamines for breakfast and for dinner I eat a large salad with mostly green & red leafed lettuce by 4:30 PM....lots of tomatoes, mushrooms, carrots & celery....Health food dressing & sometimes some healthy corn tortillas(non GMO & Gluten free ) with some cheese melted on top...for a snack I have some plain popcorn(air popped).....but for the occasional treat I have rice cake pizzas.....

I'd say increase in activity would be your best bet. My wife and I started to go to the gym, our Medicare insurance has a free memebership included It really helps after you get over the initial OMG think I'm gonna die of muscle pain. Of course you don't have to hit it as stubbornly hard as I did. :lol: I tend to push a little hard with things like that. One thing you might try is snacking on v8 juice, orig. or spicy. great if you like veggies. and very low cal.
