Coming in January: set your own charge date

Hey CRAFT VAPERS!

Due to the overwhelming demand we have seen, starting in January we are shifting so that you can pick your own charge dates.

Starting in January, you can choose your own billing date. Pick any day of the month, that's fine with us. Your package will ship out within 1 week of that billing date (giving us some time to curate your personalized monthly package). Many of our members have asked us for this flexibility, and we're delighted to be able to bring this feature to you all.

Please note, your first box will still ship out within 24 hours of your first order. If you take no action, that will be your new billing date. So if you sign up on the 4th, your new billing date will be the 4th. If you choose to change your billing date, simply log into your account and select a new billing date. Then going forward, that will be your new billing date.

Also, please note: existing customers will remain with billing on the 15th of every month until you specify a new date. So if you are happy with getting your box in the last week of the month, you don't have to do anything. If you want it sooner, feel free to change your billing date to whatever you would like it to be.
