This was taken at a Taco Bell, but I imagine all fast food chains will implement this sort of thing very soon.

There is a certain perverse consolation in the fact that at least the above-pictured sign acknowledges vaping as distinct from smoking.

Funny how stinky smoking was allowed everywhere in the early 90s and before, until it was believed that passive smoking was harmful, yet vapor is not allowed (with no proof of being harmful) and prob because of one whining customer.

A friend of mine in Texas was telling me how they have signs everywhere. I've only ever seen a vaper in a b&m here!

I just vape in the drive thru line at Taco Bell. Haven't actually set foot in the restaurant in several years so really don't care what their policies are. They have the right to disallow vaping if they so choose.

That is precisely the point. I have no problem with a business owner restricting use. It's like shirts and shoes required. I have a major issue with government restrictions.

Short and to the point. It's their business and they can ban it if they choose. The 'government'? In the old days it was, "The People"; now - it's an "Executive Order" setting the rules.

I feel the same way. It is a business owner's right to cater to the customer base of their choosing.
