"A 75 day comment period is insufficient time for the vaping industry and the wider vaping community to comment on the proposed deeming regulations. I would respectfully request that the period for comment be extended to 180 days."

Weird, it wouldn't allow me to use the term "vaping", it gave me an error so I changed it to "e-cigarette" and it accepted it after the change.

This "extension request" is exactly what SFATA needs - we need to buy time so that they can accumulate the needed research/evidence to support the position of the wider vaping community!
