David made me promise to make postings from time to time... so here it goes.
Some of you probably know I do not do juice reviews. But in the confines of the FSUSA forum, I'd like to make some commentary. Sadly- my taste buds are eclectic- to your mileage may vary.
I'd love to hear other people's comments on my comments.
Max/Boro Ultimate:
This was my daily vape for a long time. It still gets vaped all the time. Generally speaking it tastes a little spicy to me. Strangly... I describe it as "glassy". Has a semi weird tobacco undertone. Good throat hit. Just tastes really nice to me. In the same way that a good cuban cigar used to taste- interesting undertones.
I love this stuff. Try it 50/50 PG/VG though. At 70/30 it has better throat hit, but the VG really seems to bring the taste out.
New/Port:
I was a menthol smoker when I used tobacco. And for a long time I searched for a menthol I like. Most of them are un-vapable to me. They are either too minty, or too pepperminty for me. This has been universal.
The bottom line is that menthol doesn't work for me anymore.
However, this juice is vapable to me, and is a nice change-up vape.. When my buds aren't working, I break out the New/Port and go at it. Nice throat hit, not overpowering, not sickeningly minty. Just a nice change.
Been vaping at 70/30 PG/VG- not sure if I'll change that.
Freedom Smoke Signature Blend:
This particular juice is like the holy grail to me. I *really* like Dekang Tobacco flavor. And while this doesn't taste like Dekang Tobacco, it fits in that category for me. My god this stuff rocks. I've vaped this constantly since I first got it.
I've not used Dekang for a a week or so now. And I'm just blowing through this stuff.
The taste is kind of "citrusy" to me. Good throat hit at 70/30 PG/VG. Nice after taste and aroma. There's some tobacco undertones in there- but you have to hunt for them... and I happen to like that.
One of my favorites by far.
Green Tea:
This is one of my all time favorite flavors. It tastes exactly like Green Tea. I love green tea. It's a favorite drink for me with dinner or on cold days when I want something hot (I drink coffee cold- that's weird).
I vape this every day. It's a great morning vape with coffee. Strange combination but it works for me.
HIGHLY recommended because it tastes like green tea... and if you like green tea, chances are you will like this.
Try it with coffee. Go ahead... try it
Coffee X and Cappucino Smooth:
Holy Majoli! These taste exactly like they are named. Wow. Amazing. Totally impressive. Exquisite flavor. Tasty vapor. No false advertizing in the house!
But. I can't vape them. I tried.
Not that they aren't wonderful. They are amazing. But here's the problem:
I drink something like 2 to 2.5 pots of coffee a day. So I broke out my samples and by noon I was totally slagged with coffee taste. If I had gas that day... it smelled like coffee. Coffee was coming out of my pores.... I was sweating coffee. Water tasted like coffee. Breathing tasted like coffee. when I finally went to sleep- I dreamed of coffee.
Yeesh!
Highly recommended, assuming you don't drink a ton of coffee. I might try vaping it with hot green tea. That works with the green tea juice.
See.. I have vaping taste problems...
Virginia:
This tobacco flavor is new to me. At this point it may be "too tobacco-y" for me. I'm giving it a chance- so no comment today.
Camtel and Pall/Mall
These are grouped together for me because to me, they taste very similar. Currently vaping Camtel.
I'll comment on these later.
So that's a little juice commentary for ya- I'd love to hear about other people's takes on these juices?
