Boy, they sure are! Two biggies in three weeks. I feel bad for Danno. He's good people.
I'm bummed about this blown product. I'm a Boge or ST in a tank guy. I don't like the top coils (though I have a Mini Vision Vivi Nova that ain't bad). The Phoenix bottom coil that they came out with isn't bad, but too small for regular use for me. The Phoenix Raven in a tank would be really good; get the filler out of the equation. But the manufacturer hosed it after a good set of prototypes.
Now GV has to do a huge refund effort. At least they are standing up to it. A few vendors out there would have said Sorry Charlie. (Matter of fact, a year ago GV may have said Sorry Charlie, but their customer care has gotten WAY better.)
Again, though, remember, I'm not their public relations department... I've got no dog in this fight. (But I do have Michael Vick for a quarterback whether I like it or not.

Sorry Bunny, I finally lost my cool and have apologized to Ripple for the intrusion and disruption of his thread. It was very out of character of me and I will not unload in PIF again.
