Yep, they weant to squeeze out the mom&pops IMHO, the big boys want all the market...8-o8-o8-o
And let's be honest here -- how the hell can anyone get a loan for these kind of updates? You know the banks won't lend us money for an activity they don't quite comprehend, this is so much bs...
