Just do what you do - make consistently good juice. Just remember everyone makes mistakes - just stay on top of it. If a long time customer tells you his juice is off go check. Don't do an Elvis and wait for 50 people to make the same complaint then blame their "subjective" taste. .

With Ripple it's more likely that he'd freak out over one complaint and start wondering if the 150 people that didn't complain were "just being nice"...
Either way, though, I really doubt an over-inflated ego will become a problem in this case

it is a '73 XJ12 series 1 & no hood ornament on that model it has a jag/V12 emblem on grillLooks like a Jag
But without the hood ornament it's just a cool car

It has had the chevy conversion also, which kinda sucks,
but not really in a "I wanna drive it" kinda way
We just got it here today ....so he really hasn't gotten into it yet...
but he has built & re-built many many cars so it will be fine !!
on a sadder note we had a window fall (??very weird) in on the '59 vw today
and scrape all the way down the front fender ...so sad giant scrape in the paint....
poor buggy ...
