Dangerously cold air will move into the region late Saturday night and Sunday, becoming Life-threatening Sunday night through Tuesday morning. Wind chills will drop to 20 to 25 below zero late Saturday night and Sunday, then plummet to 40 to 50 below by Monday morning and again Tuesday morning. Only slight improvement is expected during the day Monday and Tuesday
