Commiserating with Ripple

Ok, so I'm not much of a whiner, but this week sux...........I need some Rip Rub

Had a emergency root canal yesterday, typical mammo today, fasting today for over 50 scope tomorrow, have a splitting migraine, the dog is fighting me for my only decent broth.....

On the good side, one of my favorite movies "Awakening" was on this afternoon

and for the first time ever I'm seeing "Christine" from the beginning, I can't tell you how many times (ok at least 10) that I've flipped the channels over the years only to catch this movie at the same spot everytime (car & truck in the middle of no where with that same erie music and not knowing wth is going on.........

I'm starting to think there was a reason I only caught this mid-way, so far it's not real interesting.....

Oh, and I saved some money on my car insurance..........

I'm going to bed, god save the queen..........

I am still wondering what the deal is with this one. It looks like Loveridden was able to get an entry. I don't thik that you have to wait until the month that you turn but I am not sure yet. I will keep my eye on this one I guess

Just as an FYI: I asked in the Contest Discussion Thread and I think I got an answer . . . So I followed "Love" by posting that I was a Pre "Pre-Vet" for the Contest and haven't gotten anything back but a "Welcome" to the Group Reply . . .

They updated the rules and added some more info to make it easier I think. Basically what I understand is that we can enter once we are 60 days away from becoming a vet to get in on the monthly contests. I guess that is when we start our "welcome thread"

Will rubbing a ripple keep the snow away? Might be worth a try. I am leaving for Jamaica Sunday so as long as it stops by then.

That's what I got out of the newest rule update but I have been known to be wrong. There might even be more information now but I haven't checked

Do you realize I lost that contest on VF already? Buzzkill said one entry/person, I got Price-is-Right-ed, then he said no one had guessed correctly yet -- sucky, sucky, at least I usually have my hopes dashed by an unfeeling and uncaring machine!!!8-o8-o8-o
