I didn't read this whole thread to know if it's already been said, but I will throw out that simple flavors like this can be mixed at home for around 20-27 cents per ml

Actually, I think it's harder to replicate a simple pure flavor through DIY. In a 1-note flavor, there's much less leeway to cover up any inconsistencies in the flavor.
So if the apple flavoring you have tastes exactly like the naturally extracted stuff Dripeez(just to use 1 well known example) creates, then it's easy to make cheap DIY juice that rivals Dripeez. If your flavoring isn't as good as Dripeez, then how are you going to improve it?
Steak is a really simple dish. Meat and heat. But home cooks are going to have a tough time trying to match what you get at a high end steakhouse.
First off I made a mistake in what I said which I was unable to correct later due to not being able to connect to this website again? ANyway, it should have said 20-25 cents per DAY not ML. I live near Raleigh, but I have not been to a single B+M in the area. I have only ever been to one which was in Hollywood, and that was only because an online juice order I made didn't show up before I left for vacation. Poor planning of a noob vaper

I may not be able to match them perfectly, but if I can make something really decent at $2.50 for 30ml vs paying them $17.00 plus shipping (~7x the cost), I'll probably do that most of the time
