I have placed many orders with them.
It is my experience that usually everything goes really smooth with them, until there is some sort of issue with the order/product/shipping/charges.
Then they are next to impossible to contact via feedback, email, phone, voicemail, forum, etc.
With what I have seen, the fact that this is happening with ECF as well does not surprise me. It simply reminds me of the last time I had an issue and tried to get a hold of them.
