I wish it was that simple, I think eveyone is missing the point I am aware of how the ban reads its how the health dept belives it reads and they are the ones who in force it. I can't find anyone else to interpert the ban. The actual ban does NOT address PVs but the health dept stance is until "they determine IF or What is harmful in the vapor its not allowed.
 
I agree with most of the post. I am going to try to find a "smoking" lawyer and see what happens. I quess this weekend I will be doing a lot of letter writing. The sad part is the local bar owner was willing to let us PV user vape she didn't have a problem with it and has order herself one.

there is a thread about this further down in the site.
The VA Health department is creating this on their own. Several people have contacted lawmakers and the AG about this. It seems nothing is going to get done until the new people are in their new offices. Contact your representitive and make them aware.
Be nice these people do not understand the product politely enlighten them. Let them put the health department in it's place.
