Complete liquid versus flavor and DIY

OK, I'm on the hunt for a nice Butter Rum.
This got me thinking, again!!

Should I get a pre mixed or just grab some small flavor bottle and DIY with my ECOpure Krystal and so on?

I guess I'm wondering if there are instances where buying pre mixed is better for certain flavors or not.

I personally have gobs of flavorings, various kinds. I can make a decent tobacco flavor; but I have started ordering from Dawn at DYI flavorshack. I wasted so much liquid mixing my own, and suspect the really good flavors are a "trade secret." I have not tried her Butter Rum, but everything I have gotten from her is delicious. There are several suppliers on here, and their customers brag on many of them. That subjective taste thing so often mentioned on here get us in trouble. I have ordered from references on here and almost gagged when I got it....so you see how the customized mixes are. Hope you find a delicious one!

Hey Chazzman! I have some Tasty Vapor Butter Rum (24mg/35%VG) and I'd be happy to send you a sample. Shoot me a PM if you would like me to do this. This way, you could make your own and be able to make a better decision.

+1 on the Tasty Vapor Butter Rum! I can't live without it, and no other vendor's version that I have tried even comes close! The flavor may even be too strong for you to vape all day without burning out on it: I cut the flavor back by adding a bit of unflavored mix to hit my nic level for my all day vape, and only do full flavor occasionally.

I am new to DIY, but have already started to appreciate the control it gives me over flavor strength. I'm not a big fan of sweet flavors, but I got some Butter Rum from Capt. Eds that is great.

Hey Chazzman I have to 3rd the vote for TV. You can't mix the stuff for the price of Geoff's stuff. Well maybe you can but it's still VERY good. I'm hooked on Tastyfinger and always my cignot English Toffe

I kind of realized after that I just have to try and find out for myself.
I do suspect that the pros have a few tricks up their sleeves that would be hard to duplicate exactly but mixing can be fun and it seems to keep me off the streets and out of trouble anyway

TV is supposed to be some of the best stuff out there.

Wow, this thread is still here. I guess newbies should be exposed to the possibility of mixing. I only bought two batches of pre- mixed before I started makin' my own.
