All I need is an partner with some cash to help rent a space, build it out (I can design / permit and manage the improvements) , Rob to front me about 30 LP REOs and RM2s, and some classy furniture / cases. I'm guessing we'll need about 18-25K to get it rolling.
We'll need to buy about 60 18650s and 30 Nitecore i4 chargers and cartotometers.
I've got wire, cotton, unflavored nic base (it'll be dubbed _X boro and _X boro lights, sound system, knowledge and desire. I also whip up a nice light version of craveloupe called fruitation_X. We'd need some jars and labels.
Once it gets crac-a-lackin we'll invest in minis, 18490s and atty choices. Maybe even carry some NT juice.
I live in a neighborhood with nearly 3000 homes and there's a perfect little shopping center right outside with a publix, some restaurants, a GNC. It's a very busy little strip and most of the clientele is serves ranges from middle class to filthy rich to downright wealthy.

Congrats and welcome!! My first build was on a REO as well. Just do your research, be safe and after a little trial and error, you won't look back.

Yes I got the lp rm2 as well. Rob picked it out for me.
I just checked shipping and it says that it will get here on Saturday. The problem is that I shipped it to my work and we are closed on the weekends. Then the mail won't catch up until Monday or Tuesday! I'm gonna try to catch it at the PO and see if I can get it. I hope so.

The list is growing
. It'll be a REO only shop though. Here's my pitch: "If you want other stuff, I'll give you directions to three other places within 15 mins of here that'll be happy to sell ya complicated junk that'll either have you back on the smokes or back here in a month" I am going to be investigating my first choice location with the city and leasing company for permissibility and cost to lease. Once I have that figured out I'll reach back out to those who have expressed interest in going in on this deal
