When I'm making a new flavor I haven't tried before, sometimes you get it wrong. And that's a waste and a bummer. Order 3, 5 and 10 ml syringes for accurate measuring. 16 gauge blunt tip needles for easy extraction. Always start with a small amount and a small % of flavor. Adding to, is easier than diluting down. The numbers get harder to keep track of after a few additions. These are just MY complications. Also look around and use a ejuice calculator like ejuice me up. That helps with the guess work and if you remember to save the creation you'll be able to duplicate it.
I wouldn't say complications more then I would say failures. You won't always wind up with what you expect and a lot of experimentation is needed. As long as you understand what your working with and the cautions that go along with it you'll be fine. Always start by researching and fully understanding what your doing.
Outgrowing storage, an unending string of "oh, yeah I forgot about those bottles", possible to think any juice but yours is interior, and too much fun...
