Concentrated flavor?

I ordered my supplies and got concentrated flavors. I triedmaking a batch and it tasted like .... I ordered everything form Wizard Labsand there absolute tobacco mix said to dilute it to .01%. Does that mean tomake a 10ml bottle I put 9.9ml PG and .1ml absolute tobacco? Then use that as my flavor in the calculator? I am confused

Your calculation is off, 9.9ml pg and .1ml tab absolute is 1%.
You need to use 9.999ml pg and .001ml tab absolute to get .01%.
Basically put a drop of tab absolute in a 10ml bottle of pg.
