Travel and Vaping Concerned about batteries

I will be going on a long holidays(5/6 months) to my country where ecigs and supplies virtually doesn't exist. I will carrying 2XProvaris, 2XReos and 2 other tube mods with me. In total I will be carrying 8X18350's and 6X 18650's. What is the best place to put the mods and batteries? In the carry-on or checked-in baggage? Will there be any problem if authorities see that many batteries in the carry-on?

What do you guys do while travelling with so many mods?

There shouldn't be any problem either way, batteries aren't illegal. If you really have doubts, call the airline.
