My blood pressure has gone down to norms, 120/70 with vaping and I used to have to take Norvask for high BP.
Does this mean you have stopped taking BP meds as a result of vaping? My belief (and my experiences) is that vaping as compared to smoking will show little impact on BP if nic blood levels levels comparable. Shortly following my quitting smoking (with vaping) my BP was at 200 over 100. But it was also high before quitting smoking although I never recorded it as high as 200 over 100. But 200 over 100 was enough to motivate me to go to doc for BP meds. Remember, BP is changing all the time whether smoking, vaping, or neither. Don't jump to conclusions with single BP tests. Take numerous readings at comparable times of the day under comparable situations except for the smoking, vaping or the neither variable. I think the majority of scientific evidence suggests that nicotine is the most significant factor affecting BP when comparing smoking vs vaping vs neither. Perhaps in your situation your vaping takes in less nicotine than was case when you smoked (presumming you did smoke) and that causes the improved BP situation? Personally I would not recommend vaping as means to control BP.
