David has always been great like that. When I bought my first Precise on the classies almost 4 years ago, the seller didn't have the parts kit. He had it set up for a non-AW battery so it didn't work quite right with an AW. I asked Dave if I could purchase some O-rings and brass washers, and he ended up sending them to me free of charge!

Yeah, he has been amazing! Top notch as far as customer service goes. I'm more than willing to pay for my parts package and screw-pin, just happy he has them in stock for me!
